A diverse background in fine art, science and media gives Obie Scott Wade a
unique creative perspective on life. Writer of the children’s novel, Oddry and the
creator of cartoons, SheZow and Julius & Friends, Wade began his
entertainment career at PBS station WQED Pittsburgh, the home of Mr. Rogers
Neighborhood. His writing credits also include Zatch Bell, Al Roach: Private
Insectigator, Baby Looney Tunes and others. His work has been distributed
globally on Cartoon Network; TCM; G4; Disney Channel and other outlets.
When Wade isn’t busy writing books or TV shows he is actively supporting
non-profit organizations that provide resources to homeless and at-risk youth
